Quality Control
Dedication to highest levels of craftsmanship is at the forefront of our mission. We carry out appropriate tests on yarn, either on our own premises or in international laboratories at our customers demand.
Quality control of garment is carried out in 4 phases:
First Stage: Several tests are carried out on the production yarns, to check if they are eligible to required criteria.
Second Stage: Inspection of knitted panels
Third Stage: Review of finished garments before final ironing
Fourth Stage: Piece by piece final control of ironed garments before packaging. In this final stage measurement-checks and fault-detections are made.
Throughout the years since we’ve started manufacturing knitwear, we have built an infrastructure capable of handling increased activity while maintaining high quality standards.
